Shouguang Taifeng Vehicle Brake System Manufacture Co.,Ltd was founded in March,2004,as a hi-tech joint venture invested by Shougguang Taifeng Group、Wuhan Youfin Auto.Parts Co.,Ltd ，Our company specializes in making hydraulic and pneumatic disc brake.
The company entirely introduced international advanced CNC manufacturing equipments,including more than twenty processing centers,tens of CNC lathes、CNC mills and other CNC machines,etc.There are two pressure assembly lines and self-contained developing、testing equipments available.The company was granted to Certifacate of ISO/TS16949:2002 Quality Management System in November,2005due to strictly carrying out the related rules.
At present the company has over 120 employees,including one ph.D,and three senior engineers,most of the rest are graduated personel.
Present production capacity:200×103 sets/year hydraulic disc brake assemblies,100×103sets/year pneumatic disc brake assemblies.The company has both strong product manufacturing capacity and product quality control ability as well.
